Terms and Conditions

As all of our products here at Our Gift Shoppe are handcrafted by us, variations are commonplace and to be expected.

Our Product Repair Policy states that in the event that a product is damaged during shipping, the customer is allowed 48 hours from time of delivery confirmation to initiate a Repair Claim in writing through the link provided.

Our Handcrafted Services Policy states that at the time of placing a services order, all Handcrafted Services clients must provide a non-refundable deposit to cover the initial estimated cost of supplies required to complete the service in full along with a partial payment towards estimated cost of labor. Upon completion of the ordered service(s), photos will be sent from Our Gift Shoppe to the client for final approval. Upon client's final approval, the remaining balance of the order will be due in full and will cover any unanticipated additional cost of supplies required during the service, along with the final cost of labor balance and shipping.

Our Handcrafted Service Cancelation Policy states that in the event that the client must cancel services ordered, the client is allowed 24 hours from payment clearing to initiate a Service Cancellation Request in writing through the link provided.

All owners and employees of Our Gift Shoppe and all Our Gift Shoppe clients/customers are expected to treat each other with mutual respect. There will be zero tolerance for unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying or any other form of mental/emotional/physical abuse.

Any Client/Customer found in violation of any of the above Terms & Conditions will have their user account disabled.

If an Our Gift Shoppe client/customer is dissatisfied with their experience working with Our Gift Shoppe for any reason, please file a Formal Complaint in writing through the link provided.

Return and Refund Policy

Our Handcrafted Services Deposit Refund Policy states that all deposits are non-refundable.

In the event that an Our Gift Shoppe product customer or services client is dissatisfied with their purchase, they may Contact Us to discuss what is wrong and we will earnestly attempt to repair or modify the purchased product or service to meet customer/client's expectations to the best of our ability. However, if no resolution can be found, the customer/client is then to refer to our No Refunds/No Exchanges Policies.
